Your use of this vehicle reservation system constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

Making a Reservation

A vehicle reservation (whether confirmed or not) does not constitute a contract for the supply of a vehicle. A contract will be entered into at the time of sale and will be governed by the laws of Alicante, Spain.

Data Protection

Any personal information you supply to us when you use this website will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

No Representation

We do not warrant or represent that your access to the website or any of the features including the vehicle reservation system will be uninterrupted or error free or that any materials accessible through this website will be free of harmful components.

The customer will forfeit the reservation amount should any remaining balance not be paid within the agreed time period except in the case of cancellation as stated in these terms and conditions.
