General
For the purposes of this agreement “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to Global Car Centre Group S.L.
Your use of this vehicle reservation system constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
Making a Reservation
A vehicle reservation (whether confirmed or not) does not constitute a contract for the supply of a vehicle. A contract will be entered into at the time of sale and will be governed by the laws of Alicante, Spain.
Data Protection
Any personal information you supply to us when you use this website will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
No Representation
We do not warrant or represent that your access to the website or any of the features including the vehicle reservation system will be uninterrupted or error free or that any materials accessible through this website will be free of harmful components.
Security
We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to this website using the reservation facility will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access but we do not warrant against unauthorised access and will not be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.
Limitation of Liability

Cancellations
The reservation of a vehicle may be cancelled and a full refund received provided the vehicle is deemed damaged or not as described at the time of collection. This is applicable only until the time of the signing of the sales contract.
Forfeiture of Deposit
The client will forfeit the reservation amount should any remaining balance not be paid within the agreed time period except in the case of cancellation as stated in these terms and conditions.
